Leadership Team
Over the years, Jeff has become known for his unique problem-solving and relationship-building abilities. He is always looking to satisfy his curiosity with technology and has a broad understanding of how to solve problems with software. Jeff's reputation for solving complex business problems and his strong relationships in the industry allowed him to go out on his own and start Third Eye Software in 2000. Jeff believes that building strong relationships with his clients and teams is the foundation of their success. With this approach, Third Eye Software provides expertise that brings up the skill level of the teams they work with and inspires their people through a unique approach to problem-solving.
Through teaching and mentoring team members, Jeff has found a lot of joy and satisfaction in sharing his perspective on software development, the techniques, and special problem-solving approaches he's developed over the course of his career. Jeff's focus is on providing the Third Eye team with the tools and resources they need to be successful and to bring exceptional value to our clients.
Carol began her career in the midwest as a professional in Higher Education Student Affairs, where she discovered her passion for leadership, counseling and coaching others to thrive. Having a natural knack for technology, Carol transitioned to a career in IT when she moved to Atlanta, GA. She quickly made a name for herself as a dedicated technology professional, often bridging the gap between business and technology. Carol has worked for major companies such as Turner Broadcasting Systems, Incomm, SunTrust Bank, CDC, Georgia Pacific, Internet Security Systems and The Home Depot.
Carol’s unique combination of experience with product management, development, data analytics, counseling and coaching brings together technical expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics. Adept at driving success for IT initiatives, Carol has played a pivotal role in scaling Third Eye Software to new heights. She is committed to embodying the company’s core values of integrity, insight, and innovation, and believes in genuinely supporting partner clients and employees to grow and achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Matt is a devoted father to three sons, often found at their soccer games, swim meets, or camping with their scout troops. He enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family, especially the mountains of Blue Ridge, GA.
With 14 years in technology staffing, including 12 years focused on supporting The Home Depot, Matt brings a deep understanding of client needs and a passion for building lasting relationships that deliver measurable benefits. By connecting resource managers with skilled professionals who align with company culture, he fosters environments for both clients and consultants to thrive. Matt sees his role as a facilitator of success, ensuring Third Eye Software remains a trusted partner for The Home Depot.
Anna's career has taken her on a journey through various industries, including architecture, civil construction, healthcare, consumer products, and technology. She landed in a corporate technical recruiting role for a dynamic software development company and federal government contractor, where she discovered her love for technology environments. Her entrepreneurial spirit and diverse interests have allowed her to bring a unique perspective to each industry she has worked in.
Anna’s expertise in operations, leadership, and employee relations, combined with her natural problem-solving skills and innovative approach, will serve as a foundation for supporting Third Eye’s growth.
