Jeff Blau is a seasoned software development professional with over 25 years of experience providing successful IT solutions. Jeff’s journey started in Atlanta in 1995 when he began his career in software development consulting. Prior to that, Jeff studied Chemistry at The University of Florida.
Over the years, Jeff has become known for his unique problem-solving and relationship-building abilities. He is always looking to satisfy his curiosity with technology and has a broad understanding of how to solve problems with software. Jeff’s reputation for solving complex business problems and his strong relationships in the industry allowed him to go out on his own and start Third Eye Software in 2000. Jeff believes that building strong relationships with his clients and teams is the foundation of their success. With this approach, Third Eye Software provides expertise that brings up the skill level of the teams they work with and inspires their people through a unique approach to problem-solving.
Through teaching and mentoring team members, Jeff has found a lot of joy and satisfaction in sharing his perspective on software development, the techniques, and special problem-solving approaches he’s developed over the course of his career. Carol Blau has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Carol began her career in the midwest as a professional in Higher Education Student Affairs, where she discovered her passion for leadership, counseling and coaching others to thrive. Having a natural knack for technology, Carol transitioned to a career in IT when she moved to Atlanta, GA. She quickly made a name for herself as a dedicated technology professional, often bridging the gap between business and technology. Carol has worked for major companies such as Turner Broadcasting Systems, Incomm, SunTrust Bank, CDC, Georgia Pacific, Internet Security Systems and The Home Depot.
Carol’s unique combination of experience with product management, development, data analytics, counseling and coaching brings together technical expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics.
